Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Core JAVA and OOPs
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, PhoneGap would be an added advantage
• Experience with Unit Testing
• Should have published at least five original Android apps
• Experience with latest Android SDK. Experience working with remote data via REST, SOAP and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience with creating APIs and creating server side application (Java)
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of mobile frameworks like Sencha Touch, Titanium etc would be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• High energy and drive to work in a start-up like environment
• Excellent team player
• Good communication skills

Qualifications:

• B.Tech, B.E, MCA with 65%+ throughout
• 3+ years of Android development. Experience with Android Studio or Eclipse Must
