Responsibilities:

  • Selling software solutions to enterprises
  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and be responsible for steady annual growth
  • To identify, assess and present custom software solutions to the customers
  • Contact customers based on leads generation
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
  • Ability to understand customers industry and core business processes
  • Analyze prospects needs and uncover business challenges
  • Leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client
  • Understand offshore software Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs
  • Work with partner to create proposals and contracts
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects to the customers
  • Responsible for overdue collections & revenue generation processes

Qualifications:

  • MBA Desired, Bachelor of Engineering in CS or IS / MCA must
  • 3-5 year experience in business-to-business software solution sales experience
  • Proven sales record for experienced candidates
